Hotel was very clean, very comfortable beds, free parking, large bathroom.

was on the small side.

Very convenient location close to San Jose Airport. Check in was very fast. Free Parking. We were very pleased with the room and slept well on the super comfortable bed.

The hotel had complimentary linen spray.
The hotel was outdated. The coffee maker did not have all the pieces necessary to brew coffee.

This hotel was ok. Nothing exciting. Outdated and kind of just worn out looking. The staff was not friendly. They put my us in a room with 2 queen beds. They did remedy this; however were not the least bit concerned with their customer service.

Very clean room, nice furniture, good location, quiet surrounding.
Room size is a little tight.

Good: Super comfort bed, very clean room, nice exercise room and swimming pool. Quiet surrounding on weekend. Business travelers have left to go back home. Good location, walking distance to several restaurants. Bad: Relatively noisy air-conditioning and room is a little tight.

I liked the fact that I was able to get a room with two beds.
I did not like that the room we stayed in did not have a mini fridge.

Overall, our stay was good. One big problem we had was parking near the entrance of the hotel. Having a small child and lots of things to carry to the room, the parking we found was not that close to the entrance and the row was very narrow making hard for us to pull in straight without making several attempts.

The exercise facility had excellent equipment.
On multiple occasions, the hotel gift store was not open during its posted hours of operation.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff was friendly. The exercise facilities were small, but the actual equipment was very good. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was very nicely decorated. Bedding was quality. We really liked the "sleep" package, the CD worked great on our 4 year old daughter!
It was a little too far from our family in San Jose to be convenient.

Nice hotel, very clean and current decor. The "sleep" package was a very nice touch and was very helpful in calming down our 4 year old daughter. Staff was very friendly. We had breakfast in the restaurant, and although the service was friendly, the food was marginal at best. Everything was cold when it arrived. Other than that, a great stay.

Clean, beautiful, nice pool, nice Jacuzzi, good service, close to great America, good parking.
Room service was a pricy, the milk they delivered for the kids was warm and though the pork dinner was excellent the pizza was yuk.

Excellent, exceeded our expectations in all things except room service.
