Very clean, comfortable, and convenient location.
Expensive.
It was nice, clean and very comfortable. In a good location. Only negative thing was cost extra $20 a night to park and they charged a $200 deposit on the credit card. They credited it back, but they said it would only use for damages. Would definitely stay again. Also no pool.

The decor was beautiful and very clean, in a perfect location and very friendly staff.
They need better refrigerators.
Moderate in size made us feel more at home with this hotel. Very well maintained with a very helpful and friendly staff. Can't even compare to the Hilton across the street. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was a good location and price. The bed was extremely comfortable.
The breakfast buffet was horrible and very overpriced.
I recommend this hotel for the comfort of the beds, cleanliness of the rooms and good value. The location was great. Just don't eat at the hotel. Go someplace nearby.

The staff was beyond helpful and friendly.
Had to pay for parking.
Went beyond our expectation, especially for the price. Very clean, very attractive hotel. Staff were very helpful and seemed to really enjoy their job.

Staff was more interested in the party-ers than other clients.
The fact that they allowed a party/large group of people to stay on the same floor without warning other guests and the fact that I had to call the front desk at 3:30am to get the party to stop so I could sleep was ridiculous. Further, the hotel did not offer a real apology for what happened.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the beds were comfortable.
The full length mirror had not been cleaned and was smeared with something not appealing. It made me wonder about the rest of the room.

The restaurant was great, but pricey. The cleaning staff was amazing. The front desk help was patient.
None of the room keys worked. We went down 3 times to exchange them. Our room door was broken. Restaurant was closed.
Overall experience was pretty good with the exception of the room key fiasco. The hotel staff was very pleasant. They even camped our breakfast the next morning because of all the initial room problems that we had. Our original room door was broken and the keys did not work. I had to go down 3 separate times because they did not work. Once we got all of that taken care of and we finally switched rooms, we were more than satisfied. Very comfortable. The hospitality and maids were extremely nice and did an amazing job. Hotel was very clean. There was a $20 charge for parking overnight. But all in all it was a pleasant stay.

Good location.
This hotel was nice and clean in a good part of town, right across the street is a railway location if you don't want to drive and it is close to a bunch of night life locations. The winchester house is about 4 miles away and the fair grounds are about 5 miles. Had a great time.
