Location, price, friendliness of employees.
High price of hotel food.

A superb hotel that has a great staff that is willing to assist customers with ease. Clean all around inside and outside. Decent sized rooms with comfortable surroundings with the bedroom and bathroom setup.

As stark as this hotel was, they have the nicest, cleanest bathrooms I've seen. And I travel alot.
My view from my room was all the tarred roof and the back of something.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. When I returned home, I told everyone how dissappointing it made my trip. I was in town for the Antiques Roadshow. For my 49th birthday. What a Bummer. It also cost 1 quarter of the room price to park overnight. A bait & switch that I did'nt see comming.

Very clean, comfortable, and convenient location.
Expensive.

It was nice, clean and very comfortable. In a good location. Only negative thing was cost extra $20 a night to park and they charged a $200 deposit on the credit card. They credited it back, but they said it would only use for damages. Would definitely stay again. Also no pool.

Staff was more interested in the party-ers than other clients.

The fact that they allowed a party/large group of people to stay on the same floor without warning other guests and the fact that I had to call the front desk at 3:30am to get the party to stop so I could sleep was ridiculous. Further, the hotel did not offer a real apology for what happened.

The restaurant was great, but pricey. The cleaning staff was amazing. The front desk help was patient.
None of the room keys worked. We went down 3 times to exchange them. Our room door was broken. Restaurant was closed.

Overall experience was pretty good with the exception of the room key fiasco. The hotel staff was very pleasant. They even camped our breakfast the next morning because of all the initial room problems that we had. Our original room door was broken and the keys did not work. I had to go down 3 separate times because they did not work. Once we got all of that taken care of and we finally switched rooms, we were more than satisfied. Very comfortable. The hospitality and maids were extremely nice and did an amazing job. Hotel was very clean. There was a $20 charge for parking overnight. But all in all it was a pleasant stay.

Good location.

This hotel was nice and clean in a good part of town, right across the street is a railway location if you don't want to drive and it is close to a bunch of night life locations. The winchester house is about 4 miles away and the fair grounds are about 5 miles. Had a great time.

Great remodel. I also loved the cookies available in the lobby.
Only thing is the fan in the room was loud and more outlets would be helpful.

I hadn't stayed at the Crown Plaza before. The hotel is undergoing remodels and the rooms and lobby were great. I am a hotel snob (next night I stayed at the Peninsula in Chicago) and I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Staff was friendly and location convenient.
