The decor was beautiful and very clean, in a perfect location and very friendly staff.
They need better refrigerators.

Moderate in size made us feel more at home with this hotel. Very well maintained with a very helpful and friendly staff. Can't even compare to the Hilton across the street. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Overall our experience staying at the hotel was very positive. The hotel had recently been updated. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly. What I would have liked would have been a fridge and microwave in the room. Also the bathroom didn't have an air vent. The rooms were kept up well. Ate the breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant and it was of poor quality and over priced. Great location for downtown San Jose and access to public transportation Overall great hotel, just don't eat their. read more
