Overall it was a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. Everything I wanted for this stay in Seattle was met.

Cleanliness.
Not very informative about services at the hotel. Not informative or forthcoming about extra fees at the hotel. Check-in was poorly done.
Location is good, walking distance to many places, but overpriced for what you get.

Good location. Friendly staff. Clean hotel.
Parking cost $35.00 plus tax per day.
This is a clean hotel that is in a great central location in Seattle. The rooms are nice and the staff is friendly. Restaurant is good and prices are decent. From this hotel location you can walk to most tourist locations in Seattle.

Customer service
Parking and there was no pool.
Great for business, but I would not recommend it if you're traveling with children.

High class feeling when you walk in the door.
They gave us a room on the top floor with a great view. The only problem was that it didn't have a bed! So we had a really nice room with a lousy pull-out bed.

Nice, upscale environment with a definite touch of class.
There is no pool, which is something you would expect for the high price.
My wife and I stayed here on our 3rd Anniversary, and it was certainly a nice looking hotel. Check-in was easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We were really disappointed at the lack of a swimming pool and hot tub. You would think that an upscale hotel would have an amenity like that. The lobby is small, and for some reason it felt somewhat unfinished, like it was in the middle of construction. The location is right on the corner, very near the freeway. It was a little noisy, but then again, so is Seattle. I asked for the nearest bathroom while in the lobby, and the staff directed me to a set of stairs that led to a darkened sub-level, and the bathrooms were locked. The room was nice, and we were placed in a corner suite that had a lovely view of the freeway coming into Seattle. My wife liked the complimentary linen spray and earplugs that were provided, and the room was clean. We were in a smoking room, so when the A/C was off, it was pretty smoky. You can not open the windows to get fresh air. And for some odd reason, there are no bathroom fans to vent out the steam and moisture. The flat screen TV was nice, but the actual picture or cable connection was less than stellar. You do have to pay for internet connection, which again was something that should be included for the price that you pay. Checkout was easy and uneventful. Overall I was somewhat satisfied with the hotel, and I'm glad that I booked on Priceline. read more

Friendly staff.
Amenities listed were not really available.
Very disappointed with hotel. Listed as 2 blocks from our event but really more than eight blocks. Terrible bed! I still ache. Have states in other crown plazas and were pleased. Not so here!
