Comfortable beds, spacious and attractive rooms.
The parking was $40, so in the end we paid more than we hoped.

The rooms are really nice, location excellent.
Parking too expensive; wireless should be free.

The Crowne Plaza is a very nice place to stay. Parking is very expensive, but we parked elsewhere, which is doable. Free wireless would be nice, but computers in the business center were free, so that was good. The location in Seattle was excellent. I hope that I can always stay there when bidding through Priceline.

The bathroom needs a bit of an update.

The hotel and staff were nice and courteous. Would stay here again.

They gave you ear plugs and a sleeping mask.
When we pulled up and started taking out our bags it took the guy 10 mins to come and take the car.

The rooms were very nice and I loved that they gave you ear plugs and a sleeping mask. but the valet service was not very good as you had to wait for them all the time.

The room was clean and spacious.
The heater/air conditioner did not work.

The hotel had no swimming pool or whirlpool. This was really a disappointment. The room was really stuffy as the hvac unit did not work and was not fixed when we were there. The room was attractive, but did not face the bay.

The bed was the best thing about the hotel. Moved my vehicle without my permission. Charged for even the smallest of amenities. No vending machines for snacks or store to acquire them. After all costs were added it became an expensive trip.

Very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Internet fees. Set up of restaurant.

Hotel was very clean and staff very helpful and friendly. Restaurant food was good. I would have preferred to be on public transportation line as Crowne Plaza at the top of very steep hill so taxi was necessary rather than walking. Fill in concierge did not know that the Hop on, Hop off bus had stopped for the season and sent us several blocks to catch it only to be disappointed. read more
