$7.00 cab ride from Amtrak station. Spacious room.
Does not include a complimentary breakfast which is helpful when traveling.

The bath water was not hot enough so I called the front desk. An engineer showed up within 5 minutes and adjusted the safety feature on the tub to make it hotter. I would stay here again.

Convenient to the Convention Center.
Small hardware issues (shower racks, closet doors).

Trying to be a boutique hotel, but too big for that. Trying to be a destination hotel, but too small for that. Good flexibility for Priceline, very satisfied for the value, though wish for a few of the perks one often oddly finds at lower star rated hotels (like free WiFi, free breakfast, free parking, etc.).

Comfy bed.
Parking way too expensive.

This is a fine property if you don't have to park and are not interested in enjoying the lounge. For a Friday night, it was very quiet and dull.

Leaving!
Slept on a cot!! 2in springs... fold down twin cot! Elevators broke and we were on 26th floor. Staff was AWFUL!

The was my worst ever experience using Priceline. Arrived at 12:30 am and was assigned the 'parlor' portion of a suite. They rolled in 2 single cots for my husband and I. When I argued the Priceline guarantees a 'bed' that is double or two twins they responded that they always 'assign' Priceline users these types of rooms and said I must have requested this online. I booked 5 reservations in one online booking with Priceline and 3 of the rooms were normal with bed. Front desk staff was awful with zero customer service experience. The 2nd day our toilet explored and water shot everywhere. The last night the elevators broke and the staff was just as helpful as our arrival night with no ETA on a fix and said we could wait 26 flights of stairs to our room. read more

Location was okay.
Being put in a room with no actual bed just a cot.

The fact that I was put in a suite was nice but not having a bedroom with a queen or king bed but given a cot did not really help my overall opinion of the hotel.
