The rooms are really nice, location excellent.
Parking too expensive; wireless should be free.

The Crowne Plaza is a very nice place to stay. Parking is very expensive, but we parked elsewhere, which is doable. Free wireless would be nice, but computers in the business center were free, so that was good. The location in Seattle was excellent. I hope that I can always stay there when bidding through Priceline.

They gave you ear plugs and a sleeping mask.
When we pulled up and started taking out our bags it took the guy 10 mins to come and take the car.

The rooms were very nice and I loved that they gave you ear plugs and a sleeping mask. but the valet service was not very good as you had to wait for them all the time.

It was a beautiful hotel with great views from the rooms.
A bit far from Pikes Peak but overall good location.

Nice hotel with pleasant staff. I would stay again.

Hotel needs to be refurbished, way out of date. didn't care for the $32 valet fee,
I realize it's downtown, but $32.

had requested a upper floor room days before.realize that cant be done...upon ck-in recieved a disappointing mid leverl room.yet the next day people were checking into high floor rooms.

Great pizza, comfortable bed, good experience.
I've got nothing to complain about.

Pleasant hotel with friendly staff. Clean room and bathroom. Shower was decent, bed was comfortable.
