Friendly staff, comfortable, clean rooms and easy access to downtown attractions.
The parking fees were very high.
It was a very comfortable and clean with easy access to downtown attractions. The waterfront attractions were further, but still accessible by foot. The concierge was very helpful in providing information and pointing us in the right direction.

Comfortable beds.
Maid did not replenish the shampoo, conditioner or soap.
Convenient location, friendly staff. Comfortable beds, fairly quiet. No pool in hotel. No refrigerator in room. Towels were rough, shower stream was weak. Maid did not replenish the shampoo, conditioner, or soap despite the fact that we were two women staying three nights.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Parking.
The staff from beginning to end was superb. What other hotel will give you 6 pillows per bed. On the downside, parking is scarce and if you don't have any alternatives you will have to use their valet parking at $30.00 per night. I suppose for most big cities that's not too bad.

Location, cookies and breakfast in lobby, view.
Elevators weren't working so long, long waits.
I would stay there again in a heartbeat. It was so nice to check in and have cookies and ice tea in the lobby. Started our vacation on the right foot. The location was convenient with a short walk to all the activities we wanted to do. Rooms were lovely and spacious. It was very clean.

It was very convenient to downtown core.
The concierge was extremely unprofessional. When asked for a recommended place for eating she was too busy writing email to actually answer.
Was pleased overall with hotel. Loved the location. Could do with some updates, (rooms, elevator, lounge).

Convenient location, clean and spacious. Rooms facing south and west would have less highway noise. Lobby needs updating.
