Location and nice accommodations.
The 38 dollar a day to park my car (on top of the hotel price).
It was a great location, the hotel was very nice, the entrance to hotel was confusing when you are driving your car. Once we figured that out, it worked fine. The staff was friendly, the accommodations were very nice and the location suited us perfectly. If I'd realized the parking was so expensive (over and above the room costs), I probably wouldn't have booked this hotel even at the great price. Having said that, I would have missed out on a great Seattle experience had we not stayed there. read more

Clean, conveniently located and very reasonable for the price.
The general decor may need to be upgraded especially lighting seems insufficient everywhere in the hotel.
Although the decor of the hotel seems a bit dark, yet it is clean, conveniently located and most reasonable for the price.

High cost of parking.
The room was large and the door opened with a wing wall so there was some privacy from the bed area.

Clean, great beds. Helpful staff. Convenient.
Located within a 12 minute walk from restaurants, Pike Place and other downtown Seattle attractions , Crowne Plaza has a friendly staff and well run facility. The bar is cozy and happy hours are relaxing after a busy day.

Cost of all extras.
We were pleased with the initial price, but were dismayed at being charged almost $100 to park our car (for 3 days) and $25 for a small fridge (for 3 days).

Close to market and downtown.
No shuttle toady where no pool or hot tub.
Great location, there are not a lot of places to eat at a reasonable price. I could never feed a family there, you would go broke. That not having a shuttle means you must walk or take a cab, and it gets cold and rainy. I am glad I did not rent a car because parking was more per day than a car.

The room was a spacious suite!
A little too far from where we were going in Seattle.
The crowned plaza is a very attractive hotel. It has valet parking only, but that was not a problem. Our room was a suite!

Kind of plain.
Overall, about what we expected for the price. Very convenient to the library, downtown, and Pike Place Market. Front desk staff were very good.

Friendly responsive staff, excellent location from freeway.
No complaints.
A friend and I stayed here while attending a writer¿s conference at another hotel. The staff member that checked us in actually remembered our faces and which room we had (without prompting) when we had a request an hour after check in. Location for freeway access is excellent. All staff was pleasant. Hotel still has smoking rooms, which was part of our decision to stay here since our convention hotel did not allow it. Thanks for that! read more
