Convenient to all activities. Enjoyed view and autumn colors.
Room could cosmetic touch up.

We enjoyed our stay. Our room had a good view especially of a small park which in the atrium had great colored foliage. There was no pool but a well equipped fitness room.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and the views were great.
Parking is very expensive.

This hotel was in a great location and the front desk staff was the friendliest and most helpful of any hotel I have stayed at in Seattle.

The staff was excellent. Everyone from the valet service to the maids.
After plunging the toilet, the maintenance staff placed the plunger on the carpet and left toilet H2O on the seat.

Staff are rude and not friendly.

Front desk staff were rude but either than that, the hotel itself is not bad!

Convenient location easy access to shopping, etc.
They accidentally gave one of our rooms away.

Great hotel-convenient location, courteous staff, very nice room-especially the pillow! We could walk to nearly anything Downtown. Rooms were nicer and larger than the Seattle Hilton.

I like the big sink in the bathroom.

We ended up paying more than we expected because of the $35.00/night parking fee per vehicle. We also have to pay the $25.00/stay to use the refrigerator for storing milk for my 5-month old son.

Nothing.

Everything I was expecting. The staff put me in the 24th floor with an amazing view, and I was extremely pleased.

LCD TV, music which help you to sleep.
Poor service at service deck, parking is expensive $30/night.

Called and changed the King size bed, non-smoking room to 2 double bed, smoking room one day.

The room is spacious and clean, the location is in the heart of downtown.
The fan in the bathroom did not work.

Great place to stay for couple days.
