The location was close to six flags texas which was very convenient for us.
No pull away beds.

This hotel is not worth the price that we paid. The lobby and atrium were nicely updated but the rooms are not. there were cracks in the ceilings and rusty bathroom. The layout of the rooms was odd.
I am very disappointed, this hotel did not meet my expectations.

Great Location - very close to Six Flags, restaurants
Looks a bit old, rundown; noisy; hotel configuration lends itself to be too open (not much privacy)

For the price, it's okay. Next time, I will pay a little more to stay at a nicer hotel that isn't as noisy and is a bit more private.

All of it. Rooms are comfortable & clean. Nice amenities. Helpful & friendly staff. Restaurant food is delicious.
Nothing to dislike.

Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone. This is the second time I have stayed here and could not be happier. The staff treats you as if you were in a 5 star hotel. Rooms are inviting & the beds are comfortable!! Nice pool area with a truly heated pool. Room service was impeccable and the food was the quality of a high scale restaurant. If all Crown Plaza hotels are as well run as this one I would never want to stay anywhere else. read more

The AC in both rooms, not very good.

The location was very convenient, The AC unit in both rooms not very good and the beds not the most comfortable.

Our hotel room would not cool off.

Our room would not cool off, they put us in another room, but it was in the thermostat in the hotel, it was cool outside, so I thing they felt you didn't need air, but the room was stuffy the staff was not helpful, I felt like they treated us like lower class citizens!

Comfortable and very friendly.
The air conditioner didn't keep the room as cold as I like.

A very comfortable hotel that I would definitely stay in again, and would recommend to anybody. The staff was very friendly and the access to Ameriquest Field at Arlington was very easy. We took the hotel shuttle to and from the game without any problems. Great experience.

Beds were very uncomfortable.

Nice hotel. Indoor pool and hot tub were wonderful. Beds were very uncomfortable and the breakfast was way too expensive for the food that was served.

The friendly staff offered me coffee to go for my drive.
Hard to get to, no easy on/off.

The staff was great, going into my room, I was a little concerned, there was a 20 foot hallway to the single king room, but the room itself was very nice, and comfortable.

I liked the room amenities and the extra space due to it being a suite.
Would prefer a hotel shuttle to and from the ballpark.

This was our first time to stay at The Crowne Plaza suites and we were quite pleased with our accommodations. This hotel is a great value for the money. I will recommend to friends, especially those with champagne taste on a beer budget!
