Nice renovation, great value.
Room next door had a howling dog. Front desk was able to move me to another room.

Overall great value, my third stay at this property. Nicely renovated and great restaurant.

Easy access to the highway out of the main city.

Easy highway access, it does give you free internet and continental breakfast. All in all it was a comfortable stay but the rooms could use a little updating.

I've stayed at many Tampa hotels over the past 4 years and this is my favorite by far. It looks like a resort.

This hotel needs to update all their rooms and keep the pool clean and inviting.

This hotel is a very nice hotel and the staff was friendly. Our room was nice and I would recommend makeup mirrors in the rooms for better lightening for ladies.

Linen spray, sleep mask, sleep CD, beautiful, hushed and comfortable room.
Nothing, except my stay was too short.

I initially booked my stay at Best Western. Since nearly all of the other guests were Spring Breakers intent on disregarding anyone who might actually want to sleep, my stay was miserable. After 2 full nights of enduring the hotel management's inability to control them, I was able to procure a last minute room at Crowne Plaza for slightly more. I wish I had stayed there from the beginning. Beautiful rooms, professional staff, blissfully quiet and well worth the additional cost. read more
