Comfortable beds.
The street address does not match the entrance to the hotel.
Not enough parking near hotel entrance. I don't appreciate paying to park at a hotel. Old hotel showing it's age.

The convenience to event we were attending. Pool was great. Breakfast buffet was great.
Information given about breakfast buffet was conflicting - told $9.95/person then there wasn't a buffet, and lastly price of $17.95 or $18.95.
Staff was agreeable and efficient. Pool use for a family of 10 with ages 3 to 68 was great.

Car parking fee of $13 plus tax each night is not good.
