Large, clean and nicely laid out hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Interesting decor, with several private seating areas throughout the main level.

The pool, spa, and the workout facility.
Small beds and small room.
Everything we expected. Great pool! Loved the steam room and the exercise room.

The convenience to event we were attending. Pool was great. Breakfast buffet was great.
Information given about breakfast buffet was conflicting - told $9.95/person then there wasn't a buffet, and lastly price of $17.95 or $18.95.
Staff was agreeable and efficient. Pool use for a family of 10 with ages 3 to 68 was great.

I was extremely pleased with the location due to the purpose of our trip which was shopping. I was also very impressed with the friendly staff.
I found the price of breakfast extremely high given the type of food and the quality
I would not hesitate to return to this hotel and would highly recommend it.

Hard to find driveway. Really bad pillows and beds.
I wouldn't recommend staying in this hotel. Hard to find the driveway to get into hotel. Extra price for parking was outrageous. Hump your luggage up steps to get to elevator then get a big whiff of smoke in the hallways. Non smoking room smells like smoke because smoking rooms are right down the hall. Pillows were the pits and the bed felt like one.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean room.
Room outside decks wear a little worn out, as some areas of the hotel were too.
Very nice staff, clean room, great valet service, overall very nice for the dollar.

Pool area was beautiful.
Mandatory valet parking, in which you have to pay to park also.
Clean and very nice, rooms provided more than one type of pillow and a CD to help you get a good nights sleep. In room spa service was also available. Would go again.
