Extremely comfortable beds.
No exhaust fan in bathroom.
Conveniently located near Don Valley Parkway. Clean, cozy, and welcoming ambiance to the room. Welcoming staff.

The location was
convenient. Good food.
Rooms need some sprucing up.
Overall we were pleased. Not impressed with having to use only valet parking
and not able to park ourselves.

Nice room, but no amenities such as safe or fridge.
Beds were hard as concrete.
We will never stay at this hotel again. We have to pay valet parking.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The valet parking was very well operated, however, I prefer to do my own parking.
This was a very nice hotel with a courteous staff. The restaurant was too high priced and the parking lot was under construction.

Rooms were very nice, beds were comfortable and staff was very friendly.
We had a very hard time sleeping because of the noise that the heat/air conditioner made. It was very loud and we could not turn it off.
We were informed when we arrived at the hotel that we had to pay an additional $l6.00 for valet parking. It was not mentioned when we call to book a non-smoking room. It would be nice to know in advance of hidden charges.
