Great staff! The hotel looks amazing after a very large remodel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We arrived on a Saturday and there was a short wait (less than 5 minutes) to be checked in. The staff was very nice and answered all of our questions. The lobby and downstairs area look amazing after a recent remolding of the hotel. The room looked great as well and it was very clean. Overall, we were very pleased with the staff and comfort level of this hotel and would definitely visit it again. read more

Staff was very helpful with solving a parking challenge with an oversize vehicle.
Heltel could not cope with our one day extension. We waited 1 hour to get into old room and were forced to move to different room.

The hotel was very nice, but did not provide services expected for the price - it cost $9.95 per day for internet acccess. There was cabinet space for a refrigerator, but there was no refrigerator in place. Coffee provided, but not tea. Biggest problem was cluelessness of staff when we extended our stay.

CROWNE PLAZA SITS IN BEAUTIFUL DOWNTOWN TULSA. WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE BOK CENTER AND OTHER ENTERTAINMENT. CLEAN BEAUTIFUL HOTEL. FRIENDLY, HELPFUL STAFF.

The entire staff is amazing, particularly the bartenders. The hot stone massage was to die for. They are the only things that made my stay tolerable.
The beds were uncomfortably firm and sheet thread count too low. The hotel is near the train tracks and not good if you're a light sleeper.

Unfortunately, I will not stay at this hotel again because the beds are way too firm and it's noisy. You can hear the train all night long. My room was not very close to the ice machine and I could hear that all night long as well. On the other hand our bartender was wonderful. He gave us fresh, cold glasses every time we needed them. The spa is amazing. The hot stone massage will melt all your stress away. read more

The hotel was very clean. Very nicely decorated in lobby areas and room. Employees were very friendly and helpful.
