I liked the valet parking, the comfortable bed, ocation.
Bathroom need better cleaning,found cheerios by bed, TV was aweful, towels were not 4star.

Hotel was friendly,informative, helpful staff. The bed was very comfortable, and in a great location if you wish to stay downtown. Asked to have our television looked at, they did, but did not resolve the vibrating sound.

The lobby and seating areas were stunning.
The room was a little smaller than I expected.

We really enjoyed out time at the Crown Plaza in Tulsa. It was clean and right next to the Performing Arts Center where we were headed for a show. Loved that there was a Starbucks in the hotel. Also, I was great to know that there was a parking garage for the hotel and I didn't have to worry about where I would park. Overall the experience was wonderful.

It was very attractively decorated and blocks from the BOK Center.
We arrived late to check in and a non-smoking room was still not ready.

Once a room was ready for us we found it to be beautifully decorated, relaxing and comfortable. Loved having Starbucks in the hotel also.

I feel the hotel is dated, though they have tried to remodel. The parking is a nightmare. The garage is a public garage and can try your religion at times.

Nice hotel located in the heart of the downtown near new Bank of Oklahoma arena, nightclubs, etc.

Staff was very freindly and helpful especially the valet.

The hotel was beautiful, traveling with two daughters and myself on overnight trip. The valet service were so helpful, he took it upon himself to take us in the courtesy car to the restaurant where we did not have to walk. Very nice hotel room and would highly recommend this hotel.

The concierge was very friendly.
It was under construction and so was the streets around it. Hard to maneuver with all the construction.

The hotel in general was nice. The restaurant was just a meeting room with hot plates to be served from. Not my idea of a restaurant. Nice bed/linens. Beautiful furnishings.
