Excellent room service.
Distance between room and parking garage.

The hotel Staff was friendly. The room service was quick, delivered hot and very tasty! I did not use the swimming pool or gym but they looked very clean. They had towels laid out on every chair.

Lovely, spacious, very nicely decorated lobby.

The hotel was marvelous, particularly inview of the very nominal fee that we paid. Staff was friendly, helpful, and very courteous. The location was very favorable as we traveled between Quantico and D.D.

Attractively appointed, friendly staff.
All common areas were cold!

The rooms were nicely appointed, however I was a bit disappointed with the shower/tub area. The shower curtain was just hanging on without any of the clips hooked. The tub itself was very short, I'm only 5'4" and I found it to be uncomfortable to enjoy a bath in. All of the common areas were very cold and drafty. Granted it was about 35 degrees outside, but I should not have been able to feel the cold air blowing in, in the corridor from the front desk to the bar area as well as to the elevators. The staff was very friendly. My husband and I had a hard time finding the actual entrance to the hotel, it is tucked away in behind the Marriott. All in all, I can't complain too much but I really expected more from a Crowne Plaza. read more

The maintenace and desk staff went way beyond their duties to help us. I am handicapped and they were fabulous.
It took three hours to get a hamburger and fries from room service.

Our children live 5 minutes away. I'm sure we will stay there many times. We love priceline. It makes our lives so much easier! The hotel was immaculate and the staff was terrific.

Excellent location and a
free parking.

This hotel recently re-did their rooms and room service. I couldn't detect much difference in the room itself, which was perfectly fine. I was hopeful about room service since the food was awful during our last few stays. The food was terrible this time, and the new room service design-- with the boxes instead of trays, was a thumbs-down. It was inconvenient and did not even include a glass of water. The food was overpriced and far inferior to what I would expect of an upscale plus hotel. read more
