Quiet room excellent place to sleep.
Carpet in public areas dated & goofy.

This hotel is particularly friendly towards families with children and tourists. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, quiet and well appointed. This would be an excellent place for families to stay if they are visiting the Universal Studios theme park.

I loved the fact that the hotel had many informative pamphlets about the activities around the area.
I didn't like the fact that breakfast wasn't free.

I would love to stay at this hotel again. Their overall service was great.

Everything was great, beds were marvelous, employees went extra steps to make this an enjoyable stay.

I will be staying here on any further trips to the Orlando area. It was the best hotel stay I have had in decades. Staff went the extra steps to answer any questions courteously and with genuine professionalism. Pool and hot tub were the greatest. Peacefulness this hotel exudes is unbelievable.
