Quiet room excellent place to sleep.
Carpet in public areas dated & goofy.

This hotel is particularly friendly towards families with children and tourists. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, quiet and well appointed. This would be an excellent place for families to stay if they are visiting the Universal Studios theme park.

Great value for price paid, very clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed, would definitively recommend, will stay here again.

We stayed in a connector room and the guests next door were very loud and disgusting. We complained the second evening after being kept awake till 2:00 am again.

Checked in late, hotel was fully staffed at front desk, polite.
Walls are very thin.

Hotel room was nice, but the noise was bad, doors slamming, people talking and laughing. I know why they provide ear plugs. We were told about the dinning facilities but that it was not included as it was for the previous people and was overpriced. I would not stay there again because of the noise.
