The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. They were forthcoming with information about the area and area restaurants.

The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

Very short stay. not much to say. Comfy beds! Love the pillows, covers, all of it. I never sleep with a lot of covers, but I was snug as a bug in these.

Great location, clean, comfortable, and
well appointed.
The shuttle service is a bus that comes to the hotel, and is not done by the hotel itself.

The hotel was very nicely appointed, had a mini fridge, and free wireless internet downstairs. A beautiful heated pool and hot tub, and a gorgeous lobby.

All of the employees were extremely friendly and went out of their way for you.
AC's in room a little noisy.

The employees were definitely at a 4 star hotel level. The location was great, only 1 block off of busy International drive. Far enough to be quiet and close enough to be convenient. Lobby and pool area were very nice.

Beds were excellent.
Breakfast for seven buffet 140.00 way too high.

Loved the beds but would but would not go back like to eat at hotels to save time but price for a buffet breakfast of average quality was way too high regards.

Rooms were great and clean.
Have to pay for internet service which is stupid and nickel dime.

Rooms were great as was the pool. The negative is they charge for wireless internet. This is greedy on there part as other hotels that are cheaper do not charge for this service. I hate when hotels charge for this should be part of the room fee. Greed!
