Very friendly staff, coffee in room was excellent.
Small bathroom.

Could have used Metro, but car with GPS was very convenient. Parking was safe and secure($19), and room/hall was quiet.

The staff was great and eager to shuttle us everywhere. The breakfast was also wonderful and that staff awesome.
Bathroom was very small.

The hotel was very convenient, only about 1.5 blocks from the metro. Staff was very helpful and eager to please, taking us to area restaurants and picking us up promptly. I will return as they made me feel at home and safe while shuttling me around in the evening.

The restaurant was not open enough.

This was the ideal hotel for us and had all of the amenities we needed, great Hotel!

Small bathroom. Toilet very close to shower/bath.

Excellent, friendly service. Close to Reagan National Airport and hotel provides shuttle service. Comfortable bed and nice shower. Enjoyed breakfast buffet and their Potomac Restaurant. Close to Metro - about 10 minute ride to D.C.

The hotel staff was very friendly.
Our first room was infested with spiders so the staff quickly moved us to another room.

It wasn't very easy to locate but once we found it we really liked the location. It was close to the main highway and shopping. Our room had several spiders in it so they quickly moved us to another room and gave us a complimentary breakfast buffet. I will probably not revisit this hotel and I travel to DC often.

Convenience, location, attractiveness, and responsiveness.

Crowne Plaza met all of my expectations and provided central location for shopping, church, sightseeing, and ability to reach my destination in Alexandria, VA. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I will consider staying at Crowne Plaza for future travels in that area.
