Very friendly staff, coffee in room was excellent.
Small bathroom.

Could have used Metro, but car with GPS was very convenient. Parking was safe and secure($19), and room/hall was quiet.

The hotel staff was very friendly.
Our first room was infested with spiders so the staff quickly moved us to another room.

It wasn't very easy to locate but once we found it we really liked the location. It was close to the main highway and shopping. Our room had several spiders in it so they quickly moved us to another room and gave us a complimentary breakfast buffet. I will probably not revisit this hotel and I travel to DC often.

The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable.

We were very pleased with our stay at Crowne Plaza. We requested a non-smoking room with a king-size bed and we were checked in within minutes. Since we had our baby with us, we called ahead to ask if they had cribs and there was one already placed in the room when we walked in. Everything was very clean, the bedding was newer, and the bed was extremely comfortable (offered lots of back support without being overly firm). The hotel sent a shuttle to pick us up from the Reagan airport and, since it was a hot day, offered us cold bottled water. I would definitely stay there again! read more

I loved the bathroom space, and the beds were extremely comfortable.
The I had to evacuate the hotel at 4 am due to a fire alarm.

The overall hotel itself, is excellent. I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.
