Awful view of the lobby roof and AC unit.

Very convenient with great beds a microwave and refrigerator. The thermostat was a little difficult to set at a comfortable temp and the room got cleaned late but was cleaned well. NO view but a great lobby health club and pool.

THe service and cleanliness were exceptional. Beds are fantastic!
If you drive a few minutes west the area gets a little dicey. No laundry facility in the hotel.

This hotel has a beautiful lobby with lovely seating areas. The bar is cozy and comfortable and the drinks are perfectly mixed. The staff is very attentive. They easily answered all of my questions and took care of all my needs. The restaurant serves fantastic food however the prices are very high.

The hotel is well located near the airport, the room pleasantly furnished and the bed and pillows very comfortable.
Although it was a nice room on the third floor, the view was very unattractive.

I very much liked this hotel. The room although small, was attractively furnished and the bed and pillows very comfortable with no sweat smells. The sauna is also good and hot. The whole hotel is well decorated and attractive. The carpets are also very clean, no stains, and in very good taste. I recommend this hotel to anyone who looks for comfort and who wants to be in the West Palm beach area and very close to the airport. read more

The staff was very friendly.
You could not adjust the room temperature. The hotel needs to be remodeled.

Decent hotel for the price. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The downsides were the small pool and the general disrepair of the exterior of the hotel.
