Great Staff - wonderful room.
Air Conditioning too low.

The hotel was great. The staff was very nice and helpful. The air conditioning was set too low and we were unable to adjust it enough. Since we were only doing an overnight, we just crawled into the comfy be and snuggled under the blankets. If we had been staying longer, we would have asked the staff to fix the settings for us and I'm sure they would have taken care of it.

Great beds very comfortable.
Awful view of the lobby roof and AC unit.

Very convenient with great beds a microwave and refrigerator. The thermostat was a little difficult to set at a comfortable temp and the room got cleaned late but was cleaned well. NO view but a great lobby health club and pool.

The hotel is well located near the airport, the room pleasantly furnished and the bed and pillows very comfortable.
Although it was a nice room on the third floor, the view was very unattractive.

I very much liked this hotel. The room although small, was attractively furnished and the bed and pillows very comfortable with no sweat smells. The sauna is also good and hot. The whole hotel is well decorated and attractive. The carpets are also very clean, no stains, and in very good taste. I recommend this hotel to anyone who looks for comfort and who wants to be in the West Palm beach area and very close to the airport. read more
