The breakfast and evening samplers on my floor!
High parking cost.

The hotel was perfect for business traveling. I was able to dine and get work done in peace. I had an overwhelming feeling of security knowing that I had to use my room key to get the elevator to stop on my floor. The service was spectacular.

You have to pay for parking. Hotel guests should not pay for parking.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, good location. The only problem with it is you have to pay for parking even if you are a paying guest at the hotel.

well-maintained room, with excellent bedding.
A trivial complaint: no on-screen TV guide.

A pleasant surprise - comfortable and clean premises. Front desk personnel were helpful (pleasant!) in confirming an airline reservation. Parking garage was easy to negotiate. The signage from within the hotel to parking garage could be improved on.
