Location, final resolution to room issues.
Toilet didn't work, new room next to elevator, noisy.

Final room was nice and quiet but it took 3 hours and 3 room changes till 2 am to resolve.

Extremely helpful and friendly front desk staff
There should be a couple more benches out front for sitting while waiting for shuttle.

Excellent location, very helpful staff. The room was good-sized, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

The location worked well for me.
No free internet, 10.00 per day to self park.

The hotel was great, what really bothered me was the additional $10.00 per day to self park in a parking garage.

Clean, excellent staff.
No hot tub!

Loved the experience and staff at the Crowne. The only drawback is the lack of a hot tub. Minor problem considering everything else, but nevertheless, something that needs to be addressed.

The desk clerk who checked me in truly made me feel welcome.
I didn't appreciate being charged $10 to park my car overnight.

This hotel was well appointed, clean and inviting. The staff was all friendly and courteous. When helping my elderly mother from the car, we were offered a wheelchair which, while not necessary, was very nice. I'd certainly stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

The staff was very friendly. The parking was great.
It seemed a little dull and run down in the lobby.

The Crowne Plaza is centrally located in White Plains and has a wonderful staff. The parking was convenient and reasonably priced. While the lobby could use a facelift, the rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable.
