Well maintained, banquet/business hotel.
Bathroom not very clean; pillows too thick.

Overall, very pleasant stay. Safe neighborhood in downtown White Plains. Ready access to Bronx River Parkway made it an easy trip into NYC. I'd stay there again.

Price was right. Nice location/convenient to NYC.
No hot tub. Parking not included in price.

The Crowne Plaza is a good Westchester option in a nice location within White Plains. There are many top-end stores/restaurants within walking distance. It's also very convenient to NYC by train or by car. My only complaint is that they don't have a hot tub - the pool is nice though.

This hotel is very convenient to NYC. The pool was nice but was lacking a hot tub. The room we stayed in had a carpeted-over divot in the floor. .

Proximity to commuter rail to NYC.
Problems controlling heat in room.

This hotel ran a very efficient shuttle to the White Plains commuter rail station throughout the day and evening. The concierge/bell captain was very knowledgeable of the train schedule. Staff throughout the hotel was very courteous and professional throughout the stay.

Outstanding service and very pleasant stay.
Lack of either vending machines or gift shop hours for late night beverages.

The hotel offers all the amenities of a 5 star. It was very well appointed, both in the room and public areas.

The executive level services were nice, as was the staff.
Room service salad was not very good.

I was more than pleased with this hotel. The staff was excellent and addressed any concerns that we had. The room was excellent, clean and came with nice extras. Room service was very punctual and the pizza was great. The pool was small but it served the purpose. The pool closed earlier than I would have liked. However, we had a great experience at this hotel and would stay here again. read more

Quick efficient registration.
Neither bellhop nor valet parking attendant were ready when asked for..

This was a comfortable, quiet, well-appointed hotel with spacious rooms and excellent location. Check-in was quick and no glitches were encountered. The only disappointment was that neither the bellhop nor the valet parking attendant came through on-time at check-out.
