Location was great, and free parking!
Unclean and outdated rooms.

Upon check in, the woman at the front desk was rude. Then acted as though she did us a huge favor by switching rooms for us. Our bed had hair on it, which looked like it belonged to the maid. Bathroom wasn't very clean and was teeny. The bed was lumpy, but aside from the hair, clean. The TV was old, but there was a mini fridge. It was difficult to reach the front desk from our room. read more

The king size bed was very comfortable we enjoyed the balcony and refrigerator.
I have nothing negative to say.

This is a large hotel with indoor and out door pools, with room, guest laundry room, and dinning. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Great location and friendly staff.
The elevators were very small for transporting a family and luggage and they did not offer a free complimentary breakfast.

The staff.
Air made us sick and white powdery substance on the hallway floor.

The air in this hotel made all of us sick. There was a bad smell and it made our throats sore and like there was sand in my throat. The hallway had a white powdery substance on the floor and the hallway carpet was always damp or wet. There was a leak in the ceiling.
