I love the shower/dressing room area with toilet facilities right off the pool area. Pool area includes TV. & clock.
Room had not been vacuumed. The gate of the parking garage would not work.

The hotel was very busy with seminars. The parking garage gate wouldn't go up to enter. We tried 3 times before it finally worked. A car in the garage took up two spaces. Our room had not been vacuumed and two lamps did not work. The pool is the best I have found with the shower/dressing/toilet room right off the pool area. Television in pool area with clock is good too. Great place for weddings with gazebo. read more

The sleep aids-relaxation CD, lavender, mask and ear plugs.
One of the duvet's had blood spots.

This was a great location for our conference at the Beachwood Hotel at the mass Medical Campus. The pool was quiet in the early morning. The restaurant recommendation and shuttle provided were terrific.
