Excellent access to metro. Nice room and good breakfast buffet.
The public areas were full of smoke. We were in a non smoking floor, but our room was surrounded by smoke 24/7.

Very close to metro station. Convenient to many interesting sights by metro.
The hotel has no control of cigarette smoke, and does not enforce its own non-smoking floor policy.

Breakfast is very good. Staff could use some customer relations training.

Great Views of the city of Prague.
This is not a 5 star hotel. Rooms are small and too far from Prague City Center.

Not a 5 Star Hotel. There was no soap, shampoo or other essentials in the bathroom. The bathtub was too small and made of plastic. The air conditioner was extremely weak for the 4 days of my stay and did not cool the room. It appears to be centrally controlled. The hotel is next to a train station that brings you to the city center within 2 stops.

Decor and breakfast.
Staff is cold and argued with clients instead of politely declining the request.

Location was next to metro station and Priceline price was great.
Not centrally located. Expensive dining and high internet fee.

It was very clean.
Closed Restaurants.

I really liked this hotel and I think I'm very picky. From the moment I arrived the hotel was very well kept and the door man was friendly and welcoming. The lobby was clean and directional sign age was well placed to guide you. My check in was quick and with a multi-lingual staff which was great because I don't speak Czech. My guest room was really nice, stylish, but most important. read more
