Outstanding location that was very quiet but close to the city attractions.
None.

Outstanding staff that could not have been more helpful. The general manager introduced himself one morning and asked how our stay was and if we needed any help. VERY professional! 2 year old hotel with colorful modern rooms and good bed, flat screen, mini bar etc. Modern bath/shower fixtures that did not flood the floor as most Euro baths can do.

The rooms were peaceful & comfortable. Decorations and artwork were neat.

Overall, this was my favorite place to stay in Prague! Great location--close enough to walk to many attractions and far enough from the tourist areas to relax at night. My husband & I loved it so much that we decided to stay another night!

This hotel was exorbitantly expensive and definitely a smokers hotel in every corner.

The hotel is attractive to look at, but was costly. There was no breakfast; the room was tiny, with a closet shower and toilet, clean and attractively laid out. There was no TV channel in English other than the news channels and to hire a film was more expensive than buying it on DVD. The lobby was so full of cigarette smoke that you literally walked into a cloud of smoke as you entered the hotel, this made our experience unbearable. The hotel was out of the way up the hill, the trams are easy to use, but no one with disabilities will find getting here easy unless they used taxis or their own transport. Once again, this was not a pleasant experience. The restaurant was so overpriced we where not prepared to eat there out of principle, except for breakfast one morning, which was a very attractive and tasteful spread which was worth the cost. read more

Fantastic staff, helpful in every way.
Smoking is allowed indoors throughout Prague. That was a major down side to the visit.

The entire staff was so friendly, especially the front desk.

As a former airline executive who writes free lance anonymous travel columns I find this to be a romantic warm hotel across the street from the castle. Very safe and secure. I will stay here again with my lady.

Location was very good. The historic ambience really added to the attractiveness of the hotel.
The food was very good once we received it the service was very poor-slow etc.

I would recommend this hotel to other travellers to Prague.
