Nicely appointed rooms, GREAT location
Staff at reception and restaurant unfriendly, unhelpful.

The hotel itself is situated wonderfully, right behind St Mary's church. The rooms are also quite nice.The staff, however, is what made what could have been a 4 star hotel to a much lower rank. They were unhelpful, unfriendly, and just plain rude. I would never stay at this hotel again because of the awful experience we had.
