The tub appeared to be new. It was the ONLY thing that was new.
Everything except the tub.

This is, by far, the trashiest, dirtiest motel I have ever stayed at. The room stank, and was very dirty. The pool area was a mess - trash and patio furniture all over. The pool itself was full of muck. It was almost like a joke. Half the lights in the room didn't work and the window was very small.

Large rooms, very clean.

We were not sure of the place when we drove up. It has been there a long time. Proprietor very friendly and laid back. Decided to check out room. Extremely large room. Largest one of our whole vacation! Plain and servicable. VERY clean. Very quiet location. I'm more about the character of a place this has it!

High Quality linens and towels. Better than some 3stars.
The pool was horrible, dirty, and not ready for use.

The rooms are all on first floor, accommodate two queens easily. The two queens each have their own room separated by a door. One queen has the bathroom, the other an air conditioner. Breakfast was toasted english muffins with margarine spread and grape jelly and coffee with dry creamer and sugar/sweetener.
