Loved the renovations!

This hotel was in a perfect location downtown Grand Rapids, friendly staff, very clean rooms
and love the renovations that were done - very attractive and modern!

Quiet room even though next to expressway-easy acess to downtown area within walking distance.
Had black ants in my bathroom but maintenance responded quickly when I informed them.

Recently renovated, very comfortable rooms, great sheets!

Unexpectedly nice, well worth the price. Great amenities. I will stay here anytime I come to Grand Rapids.

Parking was very convenient given the downtown location.

The hotel was easily accessible from the highway. Nicely located in downtown Grand Rapids, MI. The parking was close to the hotel and well lit. The hotel and room were very clean, and the staff were very courteous and helpful.

Hotel was right off highway.
For the price, I felt it should have included a free continental breakfast.

Everything was fine, really. Hotel seemed to be very accommodating. My handicap room was right next to the elevator. The hotel was more expensive, though, than hotels I normally stay in. I can't remember any other hotel that I have stayed in that did not include a free complimentary breakfast. But the hotel did have a restaurant with a broad price range of items.
