It was really quiet!
The breakfast room was very busy and chaotic for breakfast.

We were extremely pleased with how quiet the hotel was - we were informed that it was built as an airport hotel originally, so is very soundproof from outside and inside noise. The room was very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast offerings were extensive and pretty tasty, although the breakfast room was extremely busy and chaotic since we were there on a long holiday weekend. read more

Left earrings in the room, called when I got to the airport, but still haven't received them in the mail.

Staff allowed me to check in early as I had arrived several hours earlier than expected due to a last minute change in plans.
Exterior needs revamping. Printer to guest computer was not working with no out-of order sign.

It is currently under construction.

The hotel is conveniently located. It was clean and very nice. It was under construction, but the staff was very accommodating.

They provided a taxi to pick us up when the hotel van was not available which was excellent for us.
The rooms were rather small and not well lit.

The hotel met our short term needs but it just felt a little cramped. Coffee pot was on the only sink in the room. The lighting in the room seemed dim. There was a breakfast available. We arrived late so a better selection of vending machines would have been nice. All in all, it was a good stay.

Nice no-smoking rooms.
Request did not ask if I had a handicapped person in group.

Had to split up group reservations due to time getting to hotel. I was able to get my handicapped parents to a ground floor non-smoking room but I had to go to a second floor away from my parents to stay in a non-smoking room. Close to airport and that was main reason to choose location. Did not eat there, but I was up at 4 am to get out, so I am not sure what was there for us at that hour. Close to other locations to go out to eat though and took the group to Outback's for dinner that night. Nice towels and refrigerator, so I was able to have cold drinks in the room after dinning. Nice people there and look forward to going back if the opportunity presents itself. read more

The bathroom and room were not clean. There was hair on the floors.

The hotel is well located. The cleanliness of the rooms was poor. Breakfast selections were limited.

I liked the fast check in and complementary breakfast.
Their Jacuzzi and sauna was not working.

Everything was fine beside the fact that the Jacuzzi and sauna were not working.
