Clean and new just very very small if you request a queen bed room. Suggest you get 2 double beds just for the extra space.

located in airway heights Wa on garfeild. Check in staff was excellent and really very acomodating... Since I had to leave so early the next am they let me into the kitchen to get breakfast items to keep in my room. Bagels, apples, peanut butter, various cereals and a great assortment of teas plus more. Upon the am I had found the shuttle had left without me for the airport even though I had requested a shuttle the night before. No one answered the phone in the morning when I tried to call and ask, I called 2 times. When I found out the shuttle was gone I had to find the front desk person and he was in the breakfast room setting up almost two hours early. When I asked him about the shuttle and when it would be back he said I dont know. And obviously did not care when I told him I had an early flight and needed to leave. I was angry and then when I tried to contact a cab no one answered ( I called FIVE cab companies) so I was forced to wait for the shuttle. Luckily I made it to my flight. However I am EXTREMELY dissapointed with the am staff. I left that hotel stressed and ticked off. I was really glad that the shuttle driver was very nice and actually made a great effort at polite conversation. He did a great job and loaded and unloaded my luggage. He definitely deserved the tip I gave him. Overall I would say this is a pretty good value. Just dont expect ANYTHING from the am staff. They really dont care. read more

This hotel met all my expectations. It was clean and friendly.

If you need a very clean and freindly place to stay, this would be it.

Our room was a terrible mess, only cleaned about 10 percent. Our sheet was dirty, the bed was made but the sheets were never changed. There was still a roll-a-way in the room. The old shampoo and soap were not removed. The cleaning crew really didn't care and did not take the time to clean our room the way it should have been.
