Beds were comfortable, had a microwave and refrigerator in room.
Maid service was sketchy, towels were thin.

If you aren't planning to stay in the rooms for lengthy periods, its a fine place to stay. They provide breakfast for you.

I liked the refrigerator and microwave in the room.
The hallways smelled of smoke and the staff was not very friendly.

We stayed here because we knew we would not be in the room much. The room was very small and the heater did not work very well. It was either hot or cold.

Window seat was wonderful. Staff knowledgeable of nearby businesses and services.
Parking lot cleared of snow quickly, but slows to scoop snowy sidewalks.

We were caught in a snowstorm and our third-floor window seat was great. We could watch the world from our padded perch until the weather cleared up. Staff was helpful in suggesting restaurants who would deliver to the hotel.

It was in the price range we needed which was great.
Unfortunately my wife and I are not smokers and that was the only room available.

For the most part we liked the hotel. I do know the next time we will not stay in a smoking room the smell was not pleasant other than that I will definitely refer the hotel to my family and friends. Oh yeah the waffles were awesome.

Check-in was a breeze for me!
My daughter had to wait 20 minutes to check in, however. It apparently was a one-man operation after a certain point.

Except for my daughter's lengthy wait to check in, the staff were pleasant and helpful, the hotel clean and convenient. The beds were comfortable. I will stay there again.
