The paths were not shoveled. I had to walk through knee deep snow to get to the lobby.

It was efficient.
It's walls were very thin, it ran out of blankets, and you could hear people two floors down and down the hall through the walls.

Sink in hallway.
Breakfast was bad, didn't change sheets and no one told us how to work heat and we roasted first night.
Breakfast wasn't very good. They didn't change sheets or make bed. Toilet area very small. Room was clean and presentable when we arrived. Cost was good. bed comfortable. Close to shopping. Easy to find.

This purchase was the only purchase I regret doing. The hotel was not a 2.5 stars-moderate like I had paid for. The carpet beside the bathroom door was wet and moldy and the bathroom floors were moldy as well. I asked for a non-smoking room because I am expecting, and received it. However, the entire hotel smelled like smoke. I checked in, relaxed a little and then left the same day and checked into another hotel nearby. Additionally, the signage was down, so initially it was very difficult to find the hotel. Overall, my experience did not meet my expectations of what a 2.5 star hotel should be like. read more

Clean, comfortable bed.
Room was a little smaller than expected.
Arrived a little early and asked for an early check in. we were told it would be about 20 minutes and then we went to lunch. when we came back the room was given away so we had to wait an hour and a half. Staff was friendly, room clean, comfortable bed, small bathroom though. Complimentary breakfast good.

It was evident they had recently remodeled.
The minimum number of towels in the room, 2 wash cloths, 2 hand towels & 2 bath towels.
We needed a pet friendly, low priced hotel, close to our grandchildren & we got it, with a new face lift, friendly & helpful staff. Will stay there again.

I could not wait to leave this dump.
Everything was horrible. Well, the breakfast food was OK. Clean too. More than I can say for the carpet.
Walking down the hallway to the office was like walking on a lawn that is not level. The carpet was filthy! The tub had not been scrubbed clean in weeks and perhaps months. I had to lay a towel in the tub to keep from slipping on the scum. Horrible experience.
