The breakfast was a great bonus.
We switched rooms upon arrival as the initial room smelled moldy and the bathroom door was so warped that it would not close.

The management was responsive to any request we made and were eager to make us happy.

Rooms did not look like those shown on website.

Had to ask for towels. Not really what I expected. Good breakfast buffet. Overall met our needs for one night.

For the price and star level I would recommend this hotel.
It list mini fridge in room, there was not one.

Other than not having a fridge and the bathroom looked like it could use a little upgrade (but it wasn't bad) there isn't anything bad I can say.

Good location in relation to the area mall and dining facilities.
Room was a bit outdated.

Not a bad room for the money. Not exactly a romantic get away for you.

Friendly, efficient desk staff. Nice lobby atmosphere.
Traffic flow in breakfast room left something to be desired. Plastic utensils were unequal to the task for breakfast.

Easy access to shopping and the Biltmore Estate. Comfortable accommodations, good breakfast.

Location was great, cleanliness; the people at the front counter were great until there was a problem.
Lack of water and lack of customer service skills once that occurred.

The hotel was very clean, had great brochures in the lobby. The last morning we were there, there was a water problem with the hotel and there was no water. I asked the front desk person for options such as being able to go to one of their other facilities to shower or a discount on the room. He just looked at me like I was nuts that I was asking for options. I would not go back to a Days Inn. I understand problems arise but they need to be able to manage the problems. read more
