It was close to falls and nice staff.
A
bit dirty and old.
This hotel could be better if they put in new carpets and wall paper. I liked that we could control the
AC ourselves. I would stay here again if I was going to the falls with friends. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Excellent location and very close to Niagara falls.
Smell of smoke in corridors.
This hotel was very conveniently located at a walking distance from the Niagara falls. Most of the attractions like the Maid of the mist boat ride and the observation deck.

Within walking distance to our needs.
Elevators needed maintenance & too many people hanging around in the lobby.
Met our needs and was conveniently located.

Good location.
Rundown hotel.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was rundown and we only had 4 cable channels.

Excellent view, convenient location, and relatively clean.
Dated, could use some remodeling.
Great view of Ontario skyline, 20 feet from the falls so walk, don't pay 10 dollar parking. Could use some remodeling, especially the bathrooms which have seen better days, but are not un-tolerable. Staff was friendly and attentive. It was definitely worth the price.

Location.
Cleanliness.
I found the hotel to be run down the walls in the lobby hallways and elevators were filthy, scuffed and had broken mirrors. the carpets were badly stained all over the hotel and smelled.

The location of the hotel was the only attraction it has.
Its not worth the price and its reputation.
The hotel is not well maintained. The room bed sheets were dirty and looked stained. The room carpet was dirty and at the corner of the walls it felt like there was some makeover being done and left in the half way. This gave a very creepy and scary feeling being with small kids.

Very convenient to the falls. No need to use the car. Quiet rooms.
Need renovation. Old and musty facility. Could be a 5 star place with upgrade.
All in all it was nice for the price. Staff was very courteous and knowledgeable, eager to help. The rooms and amenities are very old, most likely from the 60's. Elevator must be replaced as it has seen hard times and extremely slow. Parking garage needs cleaning and updated lighting as it doesn't appear safe and open to the public via tunnel at street level.

Hotel was easy to find.
Lack of close parking for guests.
The hotel overall was pleasant. clean, well lit. Inadequate parking for number of rooms in this hotel is a concern.
