The location, the smell and the roaches were enough to make me leave.

Location
Overall the hotel was overpriced for its amenities. The bathroom door couldn't lock and the cleaning staff was rude.

The room faced onto a central court with landscaping and the swimming pool.
Bed was not made daily, floor was not vacuumed, desk clerks were not helpful.
The room was adequate, the breakfast was okay.
Although adequate the room had peeling wallpaper and the bathroom door would not fully close because of frozen hinge. A side note, the amorous adventures of our next door neighbor awakened us about 3:00am. The rooms could be more independent of each other.

Good location to the downtown area.
The room was dirty, smelled badly, and the mattress had puke stains on it.
The room smelled bad and there were puke stains on one of the mattresses. The location to the downtown area was fair, but there were many other hotels even closer to downtown.

Good location.
Toilet and sink problems.
Toilet hard to flush and leaked. Sink slow draining (backed up with water) Room could use spraying for smoke smell (smoker but room smelled) Bike race in town that day and large trailers and vehicles took up way too many parking places, had to park long way from my room.
