Right price, and quiet.
Bathroom fan sounded like a helicopter.
Right for a good night's sleep, coffee and rolls & OJ for breakfast.

Nothing.
Poor overall condition of hotel.
The only positive thing I have to say is that the front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The hotel, in general, is in very poor condition and located right next to a busy rail line, with trains running by about every 20 minutes.

The fire-detector alarm going off twice combined with very scant heat not good
Fire trucks blocking entrance delayed my check-in by 40 minutes (approx 7:30 pm) and then after checking in all the alarms went off, and I left stayed outdoors (0 degrees) until fire department returned to turn alarm off again (faulty heat-detectors,) and in the room there was barely heat, I wore warm ups over pants and my outdoor coat to stay warm. Did not stay the 2nd night.

Nothing.
Hotel front desk staff especially the night clerk was rude in insensitive. The bedding was torn and the towels had holes in them. The heater when turned let off a despicable odor. I was extremely unpleased with this motel.

Nothing Awful Location -Worst Hotel I have ever seen.
Bad neighborhood -dump.
I felt scared upon entering the Hotel parking lot, very bad section and very scary at 1:00PM in afternoon. Not recommended for anyone - dangerous for seniors kids etc.

Leaving it behind.
Rooms open onto a dank, smelly open to the air corridor with screened windows. Feels unsafe. Flop house.

Expressway location.
Not at all well maintained and inefficient amenities.
Very dirty, foul smelling, located next to a transit rail line with runs every 10-15 minutes. WiFi service was weaker than dialup and often failed completely.

Wireless did not work.
Hotel was awful. Doing construction they were helpful but it was a dump with a train that ran along the back side of it that was loud and awful. Wireless didn't work for the whole time I was there asked to reset the router three times and staff had no real idea how to work it. Problem was never resolved.
