If you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay, which is convenient to the freeway and you have children, this is the ideal hotel.

The water quality.

Could not take a shower or bath. The water was dirty. Had to take a sponge bath in the sink. It was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in.

The location was excellent.
The bed was pretty hard and the carpet wasn't vacuumed very well.

For what we needed-a place to just sleep, it was adequate and I would stay again. The proximity to WWU, the freeway and restaurants was great.

The location was convenient.
Hotel was very noisy.

This hotel was bearable, but that was about it. There was no elevator, the front desk staff did their jobs but appeared to be going through the motions and wanted to quickly get onto the next customer checking it. This hotel is incredibly noisy. You can hear the person next door having a normal conversation and when someone passes by your hotel room door the whole floor shakes. The carpets in the main areas were quite dirty. The bathroom was in need of renovation. I dropped a hair tie on the floor and went to retrieve it and found garbage under the bed so it appears the maids don't do a thorough room check when someone checks out. The windows are single pane and poorly insulted and we got all the noise from the parking lot, which our room faced. I would not go back to this hotel. read more
