Upon arrival we checked in at the same time a Rugby Team OCCUPIED the hotel. When we realized our room was directly across from the jacuzzi/swim area, we asked for room change. We were extremely tired after traveling nine hours. The clerk was rude. Sickened by the comment, we asked for a refund and were informed that it was not an option. We ended up at The Best Western. Their evening clerk was in complete understanding and made it a very friendly and welcoming experience. read more

Location is in a very ugly part of Bend.

One light fixture was broken in room, but otherwise clean, good water pressure in bathroom. Very decent considering cheap price. Location was not attractive. Breakfast was OK, could have used more fresh fruit and yogurt. Staff tried their best to be helpful. First day breakfast area was very crowded and chaotic but the one staff member on duty was patient and attentive to everyone. read more

No Wi-Fi connection at our room and the room had a strong odor to it even though it was a non-smoking room.

Great sink space. Refrigerator was nice as was microwave.
Met my needs, so nothing bad to report.

I would stay here again. It was clean, quite and staff friendly. Not deluxe, but for my needs, worked great. I was not in Bend to stay in the room, but to see the sights. It was close to downtown and highway 97, so convenient. Had a refrigerator & microwave.

Very quiet. I was surprised because before I entered I could hear the dog next door barking, but once in my room, nothing.
Not enough garbage receptacles. Need one in the bathroom!

Big clean rooms in a convenient locations. Surprisingly quiet.
