WiFi connection was OK.
Poor BR exhaust, stain in carpet, no working iron, no microwave, wall receptical cover hanging off and partially working.
The room smelled bad, there was a dark stain in the floor and no exhaust fan in bathroom. 2nd room offered wasn't much better. We were given a bottle of spray to do it ourselves. We had to bring iron from 2nd room back to 1st. The cover from wall plugs was hanging off and only 1 receptical worked. 2nd room had MW oven but 1st didn't. Overall poor service. Young day manager didn't offer any discounts or partial refunds. Totally dissatisfied. read more

It was near the college.
Continental Breakfast was poor. Condition of Hotel was low - unidentifiable odor! I would NOT stay again.

Lounge.
Breakfast food was not replenished in a timely fashion, food taken away exactly at 10 although we waited approximately 10 minutes for food.

It was cheap and functional - that's what we wanted.
No place for any food; lousy neighborhood so you couldn't walk around.
It's under renovation, so maybe that will make a difference going forward. We needed a cheap place to get some sleep. We were able to find a diner that would deliver some food, and left early for the rest of our trip.

It wasn't crazy expensive.
Ice machine very far away an one tiny vending machine we were there late at night.
It was fine even with renovations going on the elevator was a little creepy though.

The waffles at the cont. breakfast.
Dingy! Paper-thin walls, disgusting SMELL in the room!
A great photographer must have taken the hotel pics for their promos as this place looks nothing like those photoes. It is old and dingy. The walls are paper thin. Thank goodnees we didn't need to stay a second night.

Run down, dirty, hot and cramped.
Nice people and friendly staff but the hotel suffers form a severe lack of reinvestment.

Night clerk was helpful getting tickets to airshow
Overall was old and rundown
I stayed there with 2 young children to attend the Binghamton air show. Brought our bathing suits to enjoy the lovely pool pictured on the web site which was closed, in terrible condition and looked like it had been for some time. Bed and room were adequate but just old in general. Breakfast was awful. The juice machine was broken, cereal was stale, no seating room.
