I had an issue with the first room I was given, the hotel staff immediately reassigned me and brought a key to the new room to me.
The lamp in the first room was broken.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was minimal and uninteresting even for a continental.

This is a great airport hotel to stay in if you need one night either at the beginning or end of your air travel.

The hotel was extremely noisy. Heard everything going on out in the hallway. Also heard through adjoining door.

The hotel is convenient for air travel to and from Bradley. I have stayed at this hotel before; however, never stay on the first floor! It was extremely noisy. I heard everything going on in the hall and through the adjoining room door. We were not with the adjoining room. Not sure but it looks like they were renovating some areas.

Great location, staff and plus charm.
Odd room layout.

The hotel has two sections, the old and the new. We stayed in the old section and loved it. The floor sloped slightly, but still noticeable. The garden tub was located outside the bathroom, possibly to give you a view out of the window overlooking the ocean. The room was not large, but not so small that we felt cramped. The newly remodeled room looked great to us. We felt the old section had charm and we would quickly stay here again. read more
