The refrigerator & air condition.
Shower was broken! No parking lot, had to park in bad area & walk!
There was no lobby, restaurant, or pool. Which was OK. However the shower would not turn on after trying for a half hour by me & my boyfriend. There was a parking lot for four cars! We had to park 10 minutes away & walk by foot each time & when we asked the front desk where to park they said they did not know!

Close to subway station.
Noisy because of subway. Seems not that clean.
Staff were helpful. Room was not as clean as we expected. Close to subway that's a plus. Good for staying just for a night or two, but then again it's noisy because of the near - by subway - it's just a trade off.

It is like a romantic area. Inside the hotel no noisy. It's a quiet area for rest.
I do not like the parking in front and additional parking must add.
I did not complaint except for the parking. I will like to come back again for my rest time.

The bed was at least 40 years old!
I would not recommend this hotel, the rooms are tiny and the beds are old and the staff was not friendly.

Convenient to ship pier.
Too many things wrong with room.
This hotel room was not kept up at all. Many holes in the wall where the headboard was. Smoke detector hangin from ceiling by wires. Toilet paper holder had only one side attached to wall. Toilet paper roll resting on railing. I would never go back to this place. Should be rated zero stars.

Close to subway.
Dirty bath tub, small, bad location and expensive for what you get.
Small room, bath tub dirty, wanted to use their own taxi service which was more expensive, not a safe location, under construction, little or no parking, no place to eat breakfast. Rip off!
