The staff was great, the room was clean, nice place!
Breakfast selection was limited, space crowded.

This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a clean place to stay, for a low price. The staff was very welcoming. The room was large and had 2 beds, a bonus when traveling with children. I would recommend this motel to everyone!

They didn't tell us that there was no maid service on Christmas day.

I thought it was a wonderful and economic place to stay. We've stayed there twice in a row.

They were not willing to accommodate any change.

I had called ahead and asked for an additional night's stay. They agreed, but when I arrived the gal, not very friendly, said they would not change any accommodations. We had to stay with what we had.

It was quiet and the staff was helpful in answering questions.
I could not switch from a smoking room to a non-smoking room.

This is an average travel motel. Our stay was pleasant and quiet, but there is nothing spectacular to recommend this hotel other than the reasonable rates for the area/season.

Staff were very helpful.
Hot tub was not working and to small.

Hotel was easy to get to and parking was good. The breakfast was good but needed to be replenished more often. Staff were very helpful. I liked the fact there were computers. The children liked it. Need more smack machines.

They changed rooms at last minute to better suit our needs.
It was not within walking distance of anything.

It was good, but there are some hotels that are closer too the lake with views. However, for the price I think it's hard to beat the Days Inn.

Location and good quality for a Day's Inn.
Arrived at 1:00 and would not let me check in until 3:00 .

Good quality for a Day's Inn, but I was disappointed they wouldn't let me check in for 2 hours. This has only happened to me a few times in many years of traveling.

Inadequate breakfast, no staff to replenish food, broken hot tub

This hotel should be graded 1 star. We stayed in a Days Inn in Calgary which was a 3 star in comparison. Our family visiting from Ireland were also surprised at the low quality (they have 2 young kids, we have 3). The staff was polite. We advised our family to contact hotels directly on the remainder of their holiday throughout BC instead.
